Sad, but I understand.

His departure left a gaping hole in our midfield, and in our club as a whole. What happens when the player that the entire team strategy is built around suddenly decides to leave? We went down like a stack of dominoes. Nasri left, Clichy left, RVP left. There was uncertainty over whether Wenger would even renew his contract back then. It was horrible. But somehow we endured it and moved on. Ramsey came back from his leg break and had a phenomenal season, we surprised the world and signed Mesut fucking Ozil, and our back 5 became more solid than it has been in a decade. Hell, even Flamini came back! We survived, moved on, and won a trophy.

Now he wants to come back? Now?! The timing couldn't have been worse. Had it been last summer, Wenger would've paid the extra 15+ mil Madrid wanted for Higuain and we'd have Cesc+Higuain as our summer signings. Instead we sorted our attacking midfield and now there's no place for him. On top of that, we really need to sign a defensive midfielder and a striker. There are other priorities.

Also, why Chelsea? No offense Antonnn (you're one of the good guys), but Chelsea fans have really latched onto the narrative Mourinho is crafting about Wenger. You know, specialist in failure, loser, etc. It's infuriating. Now he's going THERE? Once I see that pic of Cesc holding up a blue kit, I'll take a break from football for a few weeks...

Ah well, whatever he does will never erase what a massive player he was for us. What a fucking shame.

Now the storm has settled, I've come to realise he's not exactly stabbing us in the back. Wenger has said NO to the deal. What else can Cesc do? Retire? LOL Fair play to him, Good luck mate... but not too much luck ;)

They can't force him to leave to be fair. Well... I suppose they could, but I doubt they'd sack him and lose all that cash.

It's his choice. He's under contract and he can stay if he wants. If Barcelona forbid him from playing it would be Barcelona's mistake and it won't look good for the club.

Not to Chelsea. I refuse to believe it. Cesc won't betray Arsenal like that.

Well, you don't want him, neither do Man Utd and Man City. Chelsea the only option then. Start believing it since it's very likely to happen.........

Staying at Barcelona is an option. I don't believe he will go to any other EPL club than Arsenal. We want him (so much) we just can't afford him we have other positions to focus on.

We have decided to sell him and I believe Cesc also want to leave and start playint to his best again with London being his only option to move it seems. Because he stayed there before and because Danella's two children from her marriage lives there.

I would have preferred him joining Arsenal as well, but as you said yourself, you guys have other positions to focus on. You have the chance to get him for bascally the same price you sold him for, but Arsene Wenger decided not to so now Cesc will go to Chelsea.

I just hope Arsenal fans remember that they rejected Cesc Fabregas, Cesc didnt reject them for Chelsea.
