Having said that, Barca really should consider forming a partnership with another La Liga team for loaning out players. There's little to learn from playing few seasons in Segunda. And particularly under Eusebio.

There is never little to learn playing week in, week out at the age of 17/18. That's why the loan system in England works well. At that age, without being something very special, you'll struggle to compete in the top division against players who have played at that level for 10-15 years. Playing at segunda level is the perfect proving ground for a couple of years.
