27 - Lamine Yamal

Yes, lets not reward him. Let not play him for 2 games straight after doing well, just like Xavi did over the past few games.
I mean, idk we could've subbed him off after he scored a golazo for a standing ovation and avoided the opportunity for unlucky ankle twists while trying to run out the clock in a match you'd hope we don't need to risk a 16 year old winger to kill off after he already won it.

no way, then we'd just complain that xavi was playing negative when we should go for a second.
We just need to rotate him regularly and sub him when his performances dip that's it. injuries are part of sport unfortunately.

Such a shame he has to play alongside the always off-beat kounde, imagine if he had a proper RB to combine with.
He's doing good for his age. No need to dream of scenarios like he has better potential than this and it's Xavi's fault or the squad's fault that he isn't prime Robben level.

Most of the things he doesn't do right are just because of inexperience. Some players need good managers to unlock their full potential while others don't. Hopefully he stays injury free, the rest will naturally follow if he's really that good.

PSG apparently offered 200 million. Probably bullshit, but something to think about if true.

If they were willing to go higher we should consider it.

I think it's the opposite, the team is actually making him look good (not that he isn't amazing, of course, but it is highlighting his quality moreso), because the team is so ineffective in attack him scoring and making nice plays is standing out like a sore thumb. He is our only attacker in good form.

The RW spot is usually where the best performers are in this setup as well (Dembele, Raphinha (for a time), Yamal).

He's doing amazing for his age. The big danger is overplaying him due to squad issues, and him getting some bad injuries due to his body being that of a kid.

Other than that, no issues. His shooting has become impressive too even.
