Ronaldo and Juve not playing well as of late. Big chance for Leo to pull away in the debate if he can recapture his early season form

I don't understand how people can compare them when it is obvious that Messi is twice the player and even a better goalscorer. Messi is the best creator, distributor and goalscorer all in one player. Better stats. Better trophy cabinet and better player. You only need a pair of two eyes to notice this. This debate is so tiring as there never should have been a debate in the first place.

Now him moving to a stacked Juve that has won 7 scudetti in a row is seen as some kind of "challenge", lol. In a league where a 36 year old Quagliarella has as many goals as Cristiano, a 23 year old Piatek (that used to play in the Polish league just months ago) is second with 1 goal less and freaking Zupata is right up there and a one-legged Milik. Give me a break. Luckily (hopefully) Atlético will send them out and we will be spared from a possible implosion of the internet should Juve win the CL. Even most madridistas are rooting for Atlético. At least all of my friends are. They would not like such a narrative either. No sane person would. Him having as many Ballon d'Or's as Messi (although I personally do not care as that trophy lost its value ages ago when he won it in 2013 after that voting deadline was moved because he started crying due to Blatter's comments about him and started a PR campaign led by Mendes and friends and Floren and RM ) is already theft enough.

Watching a lot of ronaldos united videos lately, ronaldo did have a lot of skills and tricks in him, not that its new, but the ones in his younger days were even crazier (didnt watch a lot of premier league games back then).

But, anyway messi was also a bulldozer back then.
What separates between those two is not individual play, but messi's intelligence that is above average, and his contribution to team play as an output of it. Ronaldo also has it, but messi's a level above. Not to mention he's also a greater goalscorer when you look at the goals per minute too. Whenever he is fit there's no strategy to stop him. Every coach said it, not me.

So, simple statement but everyone should get the point.

Real got chinned by Barca, and Messi gives that unique spice to this team, that performance, that vision of football that shivers your senses.

Commandante Messi is marching forward, taking and blocking the shots and giving and landing some huge ones on his opponents.

Having Messi in your team can make you reverse difficult situations and overcome and win them.

I personally Believe he is in his best days atm on a footbalistical level and I hope we are about to witness it

The only thing CR is close is goals per match. Nothing else CR is the the same stratosphere statistically. in Titles CR has one more CL, but Messi has oodles more league titles and ups, including many they were both competing for.
