That is pre tax probably.. As I understand Xavi gets 4-5M per season, I highly doubt Flick would work for such salary, he had 8-10M in German NT.. Then beside "low salary" is no budget for players so he would have to work with what the club has.. With Xavi it was different, he is Barcelona...

There are reports Flick rejected Bayern job so in a way Barca still has the chance but I think financial problems will prevent it from happening.. Unless he accepts to work for "low salary" wich I kind of doubt it..

I'd say first and most realistic option is Rafa Marquez, who is currently managin B team.. We barely got Xavi in 2021 and he worked for "small salary" compared to what other coaches are earning.. I wouldn't write off Mourinho either if he accepts low salary to manage Barcelona..
