If there is one thing we learnt from Ibra it is that no matter how good the player, the MOST important thing is that they can adapt to our playing style - short pssing, build-up play, pressing. As we sure as hell won't change our style to accommodate another player.

And anyway, he's strictly a centre-forward so he can only play when Messi is not, which basically means no playing time for Falcao.


So, in short - £25m for Falcao =amazing for most big clubs, bad for Barca.

OK he played great against Argentina last night. Perhpas I should give him more credit than just labeling him nothing more than a fox in the box. He was at the centre of all Colombia's best plays and got involved in build up play outside the box. And he has some long distance strike on him too. I like him. I want him at Newcastle though, not Barca. He is a pure old fashioned striker. I like him a lot more now.
