I want him to die of STD while being ass fucked by Balotelli.

While he is definitely a crucial part to our attack, I think that Maxwell could convert to RB and be the perfect replacement for him. I know I sound like a crazy man here, but look at it: Maxwell has great dribbling ability and very good crosses. The only thing Maxwell doesn't have is that speed and energy to the attack that Dani has.

I really think our only option is to switch attacking sides and by Coentrao. Van der Wiel may work but definitely not the way Dani Alves did things.

It's what he deserves, you pay players according to what that bring to the team in performance and also that marketing value. You can argue that Alves gives as much to the team as Xavi and Iniesta but does Alves as marketable to the club as those 2?

Also Barca aren't like Man City with unlimited funds, you work according to your budget and given the new Uefa financial rules and the wage spiral it could create, I don't think can financially afford to meet the demands of Alves.

Actually Alves is very inconsistent, sometimes he can be absolutely stunning, but other times he's absolutely atrocious. Perhaps we should pay him the amount he deserves when he plays well, and just give him normal wage the rest of the time

Club already made such an offer(an average fixed salary + amount on variables like how many minutes he plays and how good performances he has put, etc) but he rejected that too... he wants a fixed exorbitant pay to stay apparently

jeffren can do quite a good job as alves esque wing back,he is never going to make it as a winger and i think he can be a decent replacement for alves if he improves his crossing,defending and stops being made of glass,anyway i donk think alves will leave at all,he is just waiting to see the clubs last contract,then he will accept it

Yeah, I read that too...that video about his defensive actions was brilliant as well. That run he did to put pressure on Capdevila is outstanding to say the least. The pace, the stamina...no other player could do that, really..
