Not sure what 'young talents' they are claiming to have had but in second season they sold Lukaku and Barkley and bought a whole heap of shite.

Losing those players was not on Koeman though. The players they bought may have been and the shit season they had was.

My only concern is that the new board could appoint another coach.

Don't want to see a legend like Koeman just cast aside after a year.

Maybe a double duty could be implemented.

The new board could wait a year if he's successful. 1 season to end his contract and not sack him is not too much.

I don't care about anything else other than instilling a dictatorship where the word of the manager is law, no questions asked. As someone said, if he makes this team run as much as the opponent, it's a step up.

We have to get rid of the stigma which we currently have. The laziest and slowest team in Europe's top 5 leagues by far.

Exactly.

Expect 0 titles. Not a lot of pressure on him. He has leeway to make bold changes. No one sane enough expect us to win the Liga or CL. He is in a way smart to come now when the expectations are at the lowest point in the last 15 years.
