Antoine Griezmann

Which is not really groundbreaking. Most of the forum sees the problems with our older players and newer signings like Griezmann. Doesnt mean we shouldnt call out Valverde.

Our players are so meh man.

Other teams with superior coaches and inferior players are playing better and being more competitive. Valverde is a big part of the problem, everything else is just straight up bullshit.

Sure some players are an issue, but if every damn player we sign perform better elsewhere you gotta question the man leading the team.

Agreed... But again... 1 shot on goal against F* Leganes? That can't be Fraudverde... It is more. Much more. There are some players that think themselves as god given starters in Barça.

This club is a clown show.

Pathetic board, mediocre manager, players like Pique who are doing whatever the fuck they want.

Won't happen, but if Barca are to make any steps forward they need to:

1. Hire a tactically great manager that can rebuild the team and create a viable system. Someone like Ronald Koeman is simply not that, and you can bring up his Ajax team from when Ronaldinho was buck toothed, but that's irrelevant and a ridiculous argument when you have his last 3-4 club stints which have been a disaster.

2. Get rid of players like Pique, Busquets, Suarez and everyone else that's on the wrong side of 30 and underperforming

3. Give the manager the players he need, don't buy big name players that don't fit the team

Surprises me the board would want Koeman in the first place.

Coaching ability aside his personality is much different than Valverde, and he isn't someone that would take shit lying down pretty much like Lucho and probably more abrasive in some aspects.

Cuckman admitting that Leo and Suarez ignore him

Antoine Griezmann: "I am really shy and I have trouble going to talk to others. I am not the type of person who will start the conversation, I am too shy. Luis, Leo and I know each other, we have had dinner together and our relation will improve over time." [uefa] https://t.co/caSzDS0whb

Griezmann: "When I have the ball, I lack confidence to pass, to shoot at the goal, but it will come with time."

Fecking hell, he actually said this...

He is supposed to be a world class, experienced, world cup winner ready to make the difference. Even if you are a bit low on confidence you simply don't make these sorts of public statements to the press.

I would be a bit surprised even if Fati came out in an interview and made this type of statement, but Griezmann? He sounds like an amateur that some foundation gave a chance to play with Messi.

He has broken mentally faster than Coutinho. Bin him quickly in January before we have to send him too on loan.

NEYMAR BACK 2020.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Griezmann in the past week:

-I cannot dribble
-My relationship with Messi and Suarez isn't great
-I have no confidence to shoot or pass

I was still holding out maybe 20% of hope for the lad, but after these rubbish statements it has plummeted to 0%.

This reminds me of the time when Gomes came out with his depression.

 Neymar's been a joke with injuries, is not professional or highly motivated, and will be 29 this summer.

The Neyback crowd here is certainly a very strange one.

Yup looks like he has Coutinho and Gomes weak mentality. Enough is enough of these flops at LW.

Announce Neymar!

Aye.

Neymar will be 28, not 29 this summer. Griezmann on the other hand will be 29 and is not fit to lace Ney's boots.

The main man Messi will 33 this summer mind you and is running out of time to win more CLs.

If we sell the three flops we can bring back Neymar and a good backup winger for free.

Enough with the failed experiments. Time to drop the petty grudges and get back to what worked for a few more CL runs.

No, my theory is that EV is only a part of the problem and that players are very meh bar Messi.
And that a new coach won't improve this team mixed of too old players and bad new signings.

But, we will be able to see it soon.
A hint: prepare new alibies for those times, regarding our players.

Of course EV is just a part of the problem, his part is let's say around 90% or so.

Outstanding coaches, who know the language of football and the tongue of the players, who have a definite strategy, a vision and who are able to motivate them, have won trophies and played wonderful football with players half of talent and quality of the present Barca squad.

Your theory is damn wrong, and anyhow football is not a venue where theorizing would lead anywhere.

Sorry to step into your soul, but so far alibis were almost single or highhandedly yours, when trying to be a born oracle for the future, based on bad and dull statistics on players, but missing the broad picture of STRATEGY and TACTICS all the time.

If you are watching the games, you can easily see that the team has a COLLECTIVE problem and NOT individual ones related to xyz player.
You are not capable of seeing that, you are not observing the collective culvert, so you try to theorize some absolute shit that still relates to the known agendas of yours.

Observe more, learn the tactical basics, write less and before all: refrain from foretelling the future, just for the sake to be right in at least some questions.

I already did the math if Barca can made good deals and sell all three for close to their current market value, we'll be able to afford Ney back. I did the MATH. Even if Griezmann does drop a bit in value. But would Griezmann want to leave next Summer? Lots of players don't want to leave once they get used to Barcelona
