How can you be consistent about someone who's as inconsistent like Dembele?

The problem is that guys like u over-analyse and nitpick every move he makes. Didnt Griezman lose the ball a couple of times? Did u see dembele's thru passes to Mbappe?
Thank God coaches like Deschamp are not like you and they expect him to grow everyday while helping them destroy the oposition now.
A 20 year old kid is often expected to have flaws but u people place a microscope on his performances and its not fair.
