Didn't seem too difficult when they bought Paulinho.
Why are we paying you fucktard. He is basically saying that he is not up for the task.
Going to sound crazy, but I trust Roberts judgement.
He is the one looking at signings in the young 20-23 potentially near World Class mold. That is his strategy.
It won't always work (Andre G, Paco. A) but sometimes it will bigly (thanks Trump) like Umtiti and probably Semedo.
Bellerin, Semedo, Davinson, Yerry Mina, Paco A, Vietto, Umtiti, Dembele etc. Probably Seri. These are Robert signings.

I at the very least wouldn't fire Robert until the board is gone. At worst, he's a symptom, the disease being the board. I don't want them hiring anyone else.
I might even be willing to give Robert one more summer window under a new board. Though atm his bad transfers outnumber his good ones (Semedo and Umtiti).
The first thing that needs to go is the board. The sporting director, the coach, those positions can be assessed afterwards, by someone who knows what they're doing.

Because considering everyone involved,he is actually the best out of them in his job. Pep Segura (who is basically his boss) just put immense pressure on us by saying we are close to sign both, the board? they are the one who mentioned Verratti in public, didn't handle the Neymar saga correctly and not helping really in the summer signings either.
You can hate him as you want, but as someone mentioned he isn't the issue here right now. He can be the scapegoat but that won't change anything

I believe, that they are using the proceeding from the Neymar transfer to hide whatever they've done. In all probabilities they forced Neymar's exit to get their paws on €222 mils.
If we are to keep Messi, Bartomeu and the rest of his clowns have to resign, like Yesterday. I am a Barça fan and I will ever be one. However, I have stopped following the news. I will always watch all the Barça's games and root for my team.

If we would sign Dybala next summer as Suarez replacement, I will be content with Countinho and Seri this summer. I saw in the last match few glimpses that Deulofeu is a real class. So, I would rather have Deulofeu in wings with Seri as CM and Coutinho as winger/AM.
But the chances of us getting Coutinho this summer is very small though.
