FC Barcelona tickets: questions and info

I had a thread on this didn't see the sticky but here it is:

I am coming from the U.S. to Barcelona and will be with two kids (ages 5 and 3).

Need clarification:

a) Is there a ticket required for the kids? I read various reports, some say "No', some say "Yes", and then saw a section on Camp Nou Kids, so am not clear if a ticket is required.

b) For a family of four, what is the best section to sit, where its not too rowdy and just generally family friendly.

c) The kick off time for the game seems to be 9:30pm that's very late i think. Is it safe to get transportation back once game is over? We will be staying at the Crowne Plaza at the Fira Center area.

d) Anyone know of any promotions being run for this game.

Thanks!

I have a query if someone can kindly answer.

So, I'm planning to go to Spain towards the end of August and I wanted to go and watch the opening Barca game of the season against Elche. After going to the official Barcelona website (http://www.fcbarcelona.com/info-tickets) the Elche tickets aren't available to buy.

Why is this? The kick off times aren't confirmed, is this why? When will they be available for me to purchase? If it becomes too late I might just have to go to the Club Leon (Joan Gamper trophy) match but I'd much rather go to the opening game.

I'd appreciate it a lot if someone could assist me with this as I'm a complete newbie at purchasing football tickets.

I don't know when they'll become available but I reckon it won't be long. You'll never be too late btw, the Elche game will never be sold out. You will even be able to buy tickets on matchday.

Also aiming to go for the Elche game. Only problem is our flight is leaving Monday afternoon. Is the game likely to be on the Monday (read something about LFP putting fixtures on the sunday and Monday due to the supercopa). Or would it be ok to get tickets after the date and time has been announced 10 days before?

Thanks

You can easily buy them once the date and time are confirmed. A home game against Elche that isn't a title-decider, and even then, will never be sold out.

Hey, guys!

I'm going to Barcelona in 13th of September. On 14th (I think?) is the game vs Bilbao. I'm wondering if that is small enough game to get tickets easily?

Thanks in advance,
Laurie

Thanks. Also will it be difficult to get 4 seats together for the game?

I thought the date of the Elche game (and second game against Villarreal) have already been confirmed? You should be able to find them on the official website.

We're also traveling to Barcelona and will be there for the game on the 14th of September. How far in advance of the game will tickets generally go on sale and what is the ease of finding tickets against Bilbao?

Thanks in advance,
Elana
