Zidane can still make it as a coach, but I think he terribly underestimated the challenges of being a coach, especially at Real Madrid. This team had so many problems under Ancelotti too, even though they played quite a lot better under him.

Real Madrid is the worst place to start your career.

Buddy just one question what test Zidane Passed to be RM Coach. I mean has he defeated any meaningful team, Recover other player's form/fitness, promoted any youth player and most importantly brought any formation/style to RM side. There is no identity for this RM at all.


Its simple thing, they want their own Pep but Zidane is far from Pep. Agree that Zidane was great player but not great coach.

The statements you have given is all Generic not one clear stats/Facts. Zidane as coach has yet to defeat one good team convincingly. If you guys comparing him to Pep then plz remember that pep's team was on good track within 2 month(Apart from bumpy visit to numancia and racing). Pep's Work & Style was visible on team's performance. And remember that Zidane was practically assitant to Carlo and Rafa for last 3 yrs so he is not much new to first team too.

Most importantly, Zidane's Castilla coaching performance is also not great.

Zidane just officially appointed on Dec but he was involve in first team affairs long before. As i have mentioned during Carlo's time too.

Honestly what Real need to is to get rid of Perez once and for all. Even though he has done well financially (allthough I still feel he is hiding shit and making things look way better than they really are) their reputation has changed so much compared to before he arrived with his galactico bullshit. You need a plan and stability to work it out, these things you never get with Perez due to him basically being a 4 year old playing football manager with zero patience and a sign the flavour of the month policy.
