I am hopeful too but question remains about his size, strength and athleticism.

Would be nice to see more of him this weekend against Sevilla.

As for his size no player is perfect and didn't watch him in academy but Flick said he is physically strong... maybe just empty praise but we will see

I don't think he is slow, which is very important if he wants to be a fullback today

Fullbacks are usually the shortest players on the pitch. Esparts being 1.75 isn't really something that should hinder his career. He is a bit small but that's normal for an 18 years old. He should be fine as he fills out while growing.

I like how he glides with the ball, a bit like Frenkie.

I don't know if he will make it here or not, but I like his profile more than a guy like Fort for example.

The difference is he would be another short player in a team that Barca want to build on likes of Cubarsi, Pedri, Gavi, Fermin etc.

Other teams can have shorter players at full back but most are not that short.

Barca wont be like that.

Same opinion as page one. Big doubts he can do it against top attackers, but should be given opportunities in LaLiga with the injury crisis.

Hopefully he surprises us and is first team ready.

Landry isnt good enough for what shown to date.

Too small to be a CB once others caught up and not technically good enough to be full back.

Anything can happen but Landry hasnt looked like one that can step up in recent years.

Landry should be loaned to LaLiga2 like Cuenca. Alot of talent coming into the B so time to give him wings.
