for my money he's got the biggest chance of a first team career, out of all the current candidates.
Hansi Flick and his staff are delighted with how La Masia right-back Xavi Espart is developing in training with the first team, as if he had been playing all his life alongside world-class stars. @scapde_45

He's fantastic at the level he's playing at.
Small size though. Think Valentin Barco.
I wonder if he could be reverted back to double pivot?
Hes just going to get balldozed at fullback by these elite dribblers that the City's, Madrid's, Arsenals, etc have one on one.

Why is he going to get bulldozed? I don't get the impression that he's poor defensively.
Speed, acceleration and strength.

Don't see why his strength would be an issue. Seems sturdy enough on his feet and of normal build.
Would have to see him in first team action to get a sense of his pace but he doesn't appear that slow to me.
