Hopefully defense will step up for the final, they've basically gifted Flamengo two goals in the last league derby.

also, what do you think about Abel Ferreira?

Think he has done an amazing job.

3 Libertadores finals in 5 years is incredible. Will be rooting for Palmeiras for the Argentine lads + Roque

Manchester United are lining up a €50 million move for the player, and it is fair to assume that the Brazilian club could be tempted to sell him. It will be interesting to see how the situation develops.

Don't think Wilcox is stupid.

But they haven't fired Ham yet, his one year compensation should expire soon though. Fucking penny pinchers.

Neymar was injured, only played 23 minutes in the past 7+ weeks.

He has 3 goals in 1K minutes in the league, last was in August 3 months ago. Two of those 3 goals were against Juventude who is second to last in the league.

He needs to pick it up to be called tbh, otherwise it is neopotism

ok thx for the informations, didnt follow him much at Brazil but played incredible last match

hope he get back to his best and will be nominated for the WC, i want to see all the big guys at that competition next year

Would like to see him back in Europe, wouldn't mind him at Barca too tbf. He's a great tactician, flexible and can adapt to his team (so everything that Bumsi is not). Also used to losing his best players every year and integrating new ones. Has smoothly transitiioned from 4-2-3-1 to 4-4-2 when Estevao left and so he could play Vitor and Flaco together upfront. And I think they are a better team now than they were with Messinho.

His contract expires next month BTW but recent reports he'll renew until 2027 before the Copa Libertadores final. Can't really blame him, Palmeiras have a great squad and probably more money tham most European clubs.

He's the same player, but with confidence back. These goals are straight line runs past the last man and a one touch shot without controlling the ball.

Second finish was lovely jubbly though.
