Exactly. It works for all parties, because Brahim is not a bad player and even above what Tottenham have in midfield. But the biggest winner is Madrid who can use that 70m, add their pulling power, prestige and everything, and do damage on the market with that money.
but 70 million actually gets you maybe 1 proven player these days.

20 years ago it got you Figo, Zidane etc

70m can get you a top player these days, especially in non-attacking positions. Arsenal for example signed Timber for 40m and he's easily a top 5 fullback in the world, could very well be the best defensively. Depends on what you do with it, but it's plenty of money even today.

one great great player definetly for 70. I dont think Real buys young cheap players that much.

What did Brahim do to deserve this ?

As Di Maria famously said.. it's hard when you give your best on the pitch every day and then you hear rumours you could be going to Tottenham
