Haven't seen the player much. But our CBs are technically superior on the ball. DMs, these days are half CB anyway.
Not saying he would be good or bad.
But IMO the general consensus that we are looking at him as a DM is probably wrong.
Doesnt make sense, as we already have 3 players, and better ones at that, for that position.

Dude, he'll get COOKED as a CB in Flick's crazy high line.

You need amazing defensive awareness and tactical nous to pull it off.

He's a class DM
With experience
On a free
Probably manageable wages.

We can't go in to next season with only casado should de Jong fail to come to some form of agreement, bernal will need time.

Deco as said he won't allow players to enter their last year and play, did it with the B team.

After de Jong renews which it seems he will, this rumor will die down.
