Supercopa de Espana - NO METRO

Hi Guys,

From what I hear metro stops at midnight. How can we get to city centre
after the 2nd leg of the supercopa on 17 August? Match only starts at 23 hrs.
I just received an email from TMB that the metro schedule will not be changed
until there is an agreement with FC Barcelona. In 2013 FC Barcelona
paid 30 000 EUR to MTB to extend the metro schedule. Will this also be the case in 2016?

people were literally fighting for a night bus or taxi

we managed to get back to our hotel by 5.00 in the morning only!

It would have taken you less time to walk. Around 1 hour (to the city center).

Knowing this now doesn't help, but just in case such a situation happens again.

I stayed close enough to the Camp Nou so i was able to walk 30mins or so to my hotel.

After matches, I have to walk 7-8 miles because there is no metro after 23:00 and local idiots never troubled themselves to keep the subway going past till at least 01:00 so you can comfortably get home, its even more fun when it happens in November-March and I have to deal with snow, cold rain, winds and shit + had to be at work the next day in many cases. Also alone because none of my pals lived in the same direction.

All I can say a bit of walking doesn't hurt the calories .
