I think he actually meant Simeone's first win against Valverde's Barca...which is true. Head to head to Atletico was basically the one thing Valverde had going for him, since we sucked before, but really improved since 2017, always just about winning, but still winning (or at least drawing, I think it was like 4 or 5 straight 2-1 wins before drawing at their stadium this season), but now even that is gone.

We played more than well and this should have been a crushing defeat for Atleti. But we were very unlucky.

Anyone not seeing this, just doesn't get football. Missing Ter Stegen also made a difference.

Barca played a great match with an amazing control of the play...
We deserved to win 4-0, no discussion!

A lot of bad lucky yesterday, but also too many holes in our defense...unacceptable for this level.

I hope this match will be a lesson for the future.
Better now than when we will play in CL.
