Although I think the home uniform could have been better imo, the away jersey is a masterclass

Raya/Simon (until Joan Garcia starts playing for Spain) - Cucurella, Guehi, Cubarsi/Huijsen, TAA/James - Rodri, Pedri - Saka, Palmer, Yamal - Kane

Saka isn't making the team since neither he nor yamal plays well off the right, and he's not a 10.

Pedri plays the 10 for Spain

So it's

Trent/Reece Cubarsi/dean Guehi Cucu

Fit rodri/zubi/Ruiz - Rice

Yamal Pedri Nico (maybe force palmer here, but Nico is class with Spain)

Kane

That's truly an unbiased XI, if anything you drop rice and put in Bellingham in the pedri position, drop pedri back

Saka played plenty of times at LW and even LWB for Arsenal, and still appears there situationally. Rice has no business being in that team over all the other midfielders

We are talking about internation football though, what he does for arsenal doesn't matter as much, but if someone wants to force him in, cool but Nico is better than him internationally and that's just a fact, so no need to force him out of position, he's just a good yamal sub.

It's Rice or Bellingham not much to debate there honestly, just a matter of picking one & adjust pedri's position accordingly.

But no chance, 4 English players make up the attack of 5, not a snow chance in hell really.

Fit carvajal over TAA & Reece as well
