Arsenal's attackers are all below average and they don't play football from open play

This could be our only advantage in an eventual semi. Unless they score shitload of goals from corners (they will but we can hope) they probably won't score much from open play even vs our high line

We have to find a way to defend corners against them.
Imagine us trying to defend this organized mess with Jules "waiting to happen" Kounde

Now they are saying it from within their own league itself, what many have been saying here for months / years.

The Premier league is an absolute borefest.

'If I watch an Eredivisie game, which I still do, I see goals being disallowed and fouls on goalkeepers being given and I think "wow, that's a big difference". Here, you can almost hit a goalkeeper in his face and the referee still says "just go on".

'Do I like it? My football heart doesn't like it. If you ask me about football, I think about the Barcelona team from 10, 15 years ago. Every Sunday evening you were hoping they would play.'

This is very bad for PL marketing

As a consequence of all this cornerball premtards are starting to find out about other leagues

They gotta do something. Probably start by protecting the GKs on those corners and not let Arsenal players kick them all the time

The idea that footballing quality is the worst it's ever been is a solid one that I can agree with. It's absolutely true. However, it's dawned on me that that doesn't automatically mean football ENTERTAINMENT is dead, it just means you have to search harder to find it.

It's definitely not there in the Prem, but it's there in other leagues. Rangers Vs Celtic on Sunday had more entertainment than 10 EPL games put together, but that's always been the case. The last serie A game I saw was Juve Inter which was an unbelievable game. And then you had the recent UCL knockouts with Bodo dong the impossible whilst playing great football, the 10 man Juve remontada ( for a short while ), and the Atalanta remontada.

Folk love to watch the EPL.

The ones that moan about it included.

Watch 10 games just to say how bad it is.

Sensational.

Newvastle v Everton was a cracker this weekend. Most of them were very good games.

Arsenal v Chelsea plenty action and enough at stake to make it must watch.
