Ill and in bed all day so decided to try to watch the great league depth of the mighty EPL. I've not seen one moment of quality so far in the whole of the Newcastle game or this Villa game.

Mind numbingly boring.

There are honestly more exciting moments in one Hansi Flick game than there are in 10 EPL games put together over a weekend.

If this is the pinnacle of world football, then football is finished.

Saka, Ferdinand and Pickford for sure.

Get Lampard in place of Saka and move Beckham out to his natural position. Scholes was much worse than Lampard and Gerrard for England. So much so that he got benched and retired early. Fucking Henderson had a better England NT career than Scholes.

Get Banks instead of Prickford.

Terry ahead of Ferdinand. Both were great but Terry was a better pure defender and leader. Terry was also super underrated on the ball. He could ping diags at will with either feet effortlessly. Ferdinand was obviously a better ball carrier and quicker. Terry was genuinely one of the best CBs of his generation.

You can debate Neville vs Walker but for me Neville is clearly the better Footballer. Walker is just a donkey blessed with exceptional athleticism. Don't listen to Gary downplaying his own abilities on Sky. He was a brilliant, consistent, reliable RB for more than a decade. An RB doesn't need to be flashy or a brilliant technician.

Gazza and Lineker in with a shout too based on their England careers.

PS: This team doesn't have much balance obviously because we're picking the biggest names and creating a hypothetical 11. For an actually functional all time 11 you have to change everything and start from scratch.
