Greenwood smashing it in Marseille too. But Marseille and Betis are not top class sides with immense pressure behind them, so we must take that into consideration too.

Man I problems are systematic as well as bludgeoning money on players who failed. But it isn't so easy either, especially with the emergence of cash rich City across the city.

I'd imagine that if City were at the level they were prior to major investment, that a number of their youth prospects would have come through United too.

If Girona were City type of size we too would have major problems too. And guys like Cubarsi we would never have poached. Just as one example.

Not writing him off, but in what world do you spend so much money on a young striker like him with those problems and then go out and spend another 40m on another young striker in Zirkzee?

What is the thought process? If you are going to let him develop then sign an established striker he can sit behind.
