I think a Premier League team (Liverpool or Man City) are ready to win the CL now.

Barca and PSG have the most individual talent at the highest level but I think City, Liverpool and Juventus have the steely toughness + talent balance required to win.

city are soft in CL.

liverpool are soft in away games.

Teams like Atletico and Juventus are much more difficult.

You don't get 100 pts being soft.

They are consistent and now in big games are showing more respect to opponents.

Agreed. Which is great one of them is out. Same for Liverpool and Bayern. I think this last draw was golden for us and Madrid. Of all years we could've gotten a Clasico final it would be hilarious to get one now.
