I think they're reading too much into this. These players will expect Chelsea and United to be back in the Champions League next season.

I remember people saying that instead of Pogba, money would be better spent on 3 or 4 quality players. Think the 4 we have got for less than 150 is great business especially with the record in the mix. And even with that record shitty have still spent more than us haha.

Still 3 weeks left and £750m has been spent

Compared to what arsenal earnings are, they really should spend much, much more.

Yeah got 200m in cash reserves too. Dont think its Wenger he is just a front man restricted by the owners/board like how Sir Alex was. "No value in the market." Happy to do enough to settle for 4th. But this is the one year they really needed to strengthen if they dont want to be in our position, been needing a striker for 3 years.

Short term I would agree, but I think Pep is building a better team for the future

Remains to be seen. Utd signed Martial last season, and have Rashford, Lingard, signed Bailly. They have young players.
I can't see Pep staying there more than 3 or 4 seasons either.

Why have so many chosen City on the poll? Pep's City is a work in progress, and it will take some time before the new and old acclimatize to his vision and philosophy.
Chelsea, on the other hand have bought a warrior, looks a more settled side whilst not having to worry about the CL. Likewise ManU, who can rely on the league legend, and Mou's result oriented approach. I mostly see the former as fav, closely followed by MU.
