The fact that Valverde hasn't blocked this transfer and that Robert let this happen as well suggests a very bleak future for our transfers (now in the most important transfer-time for the club in years). The first good decision Valverde could make is preventing this, and he didn't.

Playing in China apparently is a benefit according to our board. And what if we buy Jamie Vardy for 60M €, should we then celebrate him and give him full support? Some players are just obviously on another level than required for a Barca-team.

All the reports say 5m net, which is roughly 10m gross per year. 4 year contract. Thats another 40m down the drain.

This isn't a sporting signing. You cannot realistically believe he was brought for sporting reasons. This is corruption at it's very core.
The only reason he was signed and announced was because board knows they put out the fire with Coutinho and Dembele.
Bartomeu and others benefited tremendously with this signing in their personal business.
