Dembouz is a super player and he desvered the ballon dor but PSG won without him away 2-1 vs Barca so it's not like they are crap without him. I don't think PSG will offer him much more.

Reports indicate that PSG plans to increase his salary based on winning the Ballon d'Or, but not excessively.

He's on 18m per year, so maybe they'll up it to something within 20 - 25m.

I think his camp just wants to get as much as they can for him, and PSG are right to not want to increase it excessively.

All in all, I don't see him leaving cause he'll probably get a small increase (seeing as PSG has resources) and the environment in PSG is great for him. He literally had the best season of his career there.

He is a Ballon Dor winner now (something Neymar never can) but he won't ever reach Neymar's status. Let's alone Messi.

Trust me I know that

But when it comes for achievement in PSG Dembele did more for the club than either of them. That considered he has the right to ask for bigger salary than they had

It's true Neymar and Messi are legends whose presence alone, with no achievements required, adds to the legacy and prestige of the club. But this is abstract stuff, that greedy football agents won't listen to
