Xavi might be afraid to injure him by playing him too much.

But without him it's absolutely bleak on the wings, no flair and creativity whatsoever. Ferran is useless and Ansu is the finishing type. Dembele has more workrate as well.

Those who want Dembele out of the team don't realize they want the most important attacking player out.
