You can literally trace Barca's downfall directly to Neymar. Love the player dislike the person.
I was there at Camp Nou the day he was unveiled before the crowd. I was on a lucky vacation to catch the last game of the Barca season against Malaga.
Since that day I was always a Neymar fan. But it is true. The shady business dealings of Rosell led to his downfall. Which led to Bartomeu. Which led to a treble. But soon after Neymar left the club. We could never replace him. Bad transfers were mostly all due to Neymar and we fell into ruin.
If Neymar stays he likely becomes the best player in the World with a totally different career than PSG.

He is crap now guys, even at WC22 you saw he had massively declined, ofc his class will be permament (see goal cs croatia) but now 3 years later guy is definitely finished for the big clubs
