Ok I have a theory here: Suarez and Pique were talking to Neymar and the conversation dragged on quite long etc and eventually Neymar finally gave some halfassed "commitment" just to give them something that they wanted to hear and to get rid of them as the topic must've been uncomfortable for him. That's how Pique won the genuine impression he'd stay, and then he posted it.
