Don't watch Chelsea much but I've actually quite liked him in his debut. Clearly hasn't been doing well since then according to what I've heard though.

But to be fair to him Chelsea is just a mess with like 100 players that even top coaches would struggle to manage until they make a clear out in summer let alone someone like Lampard so I'll give him benefit of the doubt until next season to see how he'll look when he adapts (it's not easy coming from Ukraine to EPL and then also have big expectations due to hefty transfer fee) and under a proven coach (don't really rate Poch too high but he's clearly a good coach and levels above Lampard).
