Konate has no other defender that realistically can take his spot, Gakpo has been better, worked harder. Disrespected? he has been shit, unless he has mysterious clause in his contract that states he should play every game no matter how badly he plays he shouldn't play. The only strange is the statement that Slot hasnt informed on why he isnt playing (according to Salah) , that seem disrespectful if true, The plan was probably to start him in Milano on Tuesday but after this we will see.
