Luuk De Jong is irrelevant and he was better than Coutinho when came on couple games ago but even Sergi Roberto been better in midfield than that pair.

I just glanced over this twitter account with a blue checkmark, he really overacts a bit in text as well! I really enjoy his commentary and his footballing eye, but his twitter account seems a bit too much!

I am not bad, but I agree it's really a bit disgusting to find and bump the thread of a player who did not play because his teammate played very well, in some sort of attempt to criticize him.
I think a human bean should be above that kind of behaviour.
Puig is probably only happy for Gavi, and he has played very well himself the few minutes he got this season.

Puig has played 76 minutes this season, not starting one game. (Gavi started 3 games, and played 364mins all in all)
Last season he played 292mins, this is significantly less than what Gavi already played this season.
The 292+76 minutes he played, often in very short appearances, has been of the highest class though.

Aye... Lucho was Spain boss last season and Puig didnt get called up and was not even being called back for U21s after he was poor.
Gavi got called up after two starts.

It has nothing to do with minutes they play. Gavi's minutes in Barca isn't the reason he is called up. Lucho said he already knew Gavi's talent since his Barca days. He rates Gavi already. That's why Lucho called him. Not because of over 300 minutes with Barca this season, honestly, it is not good enough to be a part of Spain team.
Puig isn't on his radar. Lucho must saw him (either directly or through TV) and didn't rate him.
Puig had 517 minutes in 19/20 and yet Lucho didn't call him up. Only U21 team. He played nearly 3 games, was sent back and with a feedback "not good enough". Called up again in March for U21 Euro group stage, was a bench warmer and never called bacl again.
Bear in mind that Gavi already had multiple games with Spain youth when he was still in Juvenil (was sent off in his latest U18 game btw).
