Watch him go to a team like Benfica or Porto, start dominating and be sold to EPL in two years for 40m.

While we're stuck with Busi and Roberto, lol.

Matheus BY THE LEGAL WAY
The club has proposed different exits for him. He had proposals from Brazilian clubs but the player rejected them. Given this, Bar?a has opted for the legal route.
Termination of the contract and he will NOT earn anything for the agreed years (for the moment). Situation in the hands of the lawyers.

The club's decision is a warning for other players like Umtiti.

After beating Bolivia last night, Messi made the call to Laporta to find the 100m for his contract by Thursday- or else

Shameful...

Time to move the thread BREAKING: Barcelona has terminated the contract of Matheus Fernandes, club has confirmed. #Transfers 🇧🇷🚨

I'm sorry Matheus you didn't deserve to be treated like this, you never had a chance to show your stuff and this is public humiliation for you.

Not sure how true are the stories but it does make sense in the long run why this guy didn't play at all for the most part.

Apparently, he was very subpar in training sessions that most of the time he didn't complete training sessions with the main group and was forced to train alone because he struggled with the basics and his technique wasn't very good either and his fitness levels weren't up to par. I somewhat feel bad for him because he's just another Douglas, the guy who won the lottery but is out of his depth at this level.

Happy Birthday.
The club gave him a good gift yesterday

Doesn't make much of a change for him, though. He can play elsewhere, will earn at least the same amount, and can earn another contract. Obvious he wouldn't see the grass if stayed put in Barcelona.

Or I'm reading it wrong?
