His girlfriend forgave him, and she believes he's a better person now. That's enough.
She believes in his wallet, sure.

That doesn't convince anyone of much. We know rich people get away with way more than regular citizens simply by way of their wealth and status. She was under pressure from her family to retract her accusation, under huge public spotlight, and decided she will be better off staying with him and his money. I don't blame her for that, but its not her exonerating him. She just made the best choice for her personal interest rather than the best choice for chasing justice.

You lads still giving Tempstegen airtime?

All he does is post non-existent "links" to potential scum or tier C players and does the: "Guys, would Barca take this player" schtick

I mean he's literally on tape telling her he's gonna rape her if she says no. Even if we presume everything else is made up, that the injuries are fake, there's plenty that can't be denied.

Any chance he gets called up by tuchel?

And imagine your girlfriend recording you to protect herself or to prove he is a total creep in case something bad happens. This was not one time thing, she was probably afraid of him but money talks and she got the money bag for life.

If a victim accepts abuse in exchange for money, that doesn't absolve the abuser of any responsibility. Not even in a criminal court, let alone the court of public opinion, where the bar for guilt is set much lower.

If that defence worked, Weinstein would still be getting his casting couch out and P Diddy would be free to go on Amazon tonight to take advantage of 'Buy one Baby Oil, Get One Free.'

Why is this even a question?
We dont want no Wife beater. Simple as that.

Sportingly he would be amazing, fit us like a glove. But not everything is that.

I would want a no confidence motion on the board if we were looking at him.

She didn't accept money, she took him back and became pregnant from him. That isn't monetary transaction.

I don't want Greenwood and he will never join us, especially consider that we take pride of pur Barca Femeni.

But at some point there has to be "none of our business" dealing with him. There is only one victim in this case and she doesn't want fans white Knighting for her. If anything it actually hurts her. I don't really judge the likes of Getafe or Marseille for gaving him.

Everyone already knew he was an incredible player. Before his scandal he would have cost minimum 80-90m, and perhaps United's fortunes would have changed completely had that incident never happened. Greenwood would be up front instead of Hojlund (perhaps worst United starting striker in history, all things considered)

Butterfly effect for you.

But anyway, it would be nice if all the top clubs had an unwritten understanding not to sign him. Everyone needs a striker but it would be nice for football to maintain its morals at the top. There's no forgiveness without justice in the first place, the fact he hasn't served any kind of legal punishment should keep him banished from elite football.
He is/was an incredible talent, much better than Rashford was potentially for me. I think he's the only player United have produced since the class of 92 who comes even close to living up to the insane hype their fans assign to their academy players. But...

...There's no morals in football - clubs sign shady characters all the time and the game is riddled with dirty money. Also probably all sorts of performance enhancing drugs that are killing players in future.

I agree though that just because the game is tainted that doesn't mean it should be further tainted - Greenwood should be avoided. He's clearly an abuser and unstable, dangerous young man. Listen to that audio and that much is clear. Leopards don't change their spots within a few years just because they were caught.
