That is with or without Rashford, we already have the best attack in the world

I don't know how many players they can sign but I would much rather go for a CB and LB after Nico than more attacking signings

If it's possible to sign all of that then ok but I'm not sure

He can't play centrally , seen him play there many times and it minimises his very narrow range of strengths.

He needs to be coming in off the left wing where he can cut in and shoot, take a man on, or use his pace.

It might work if it's a more fluid front three.

But remains to be seen if he even goes to Barca.

Think he's more of a backup for our wingers. With Raphinha playing centrally. Reduced role of Lewa, and Ferran as a super sub.
Even with Nico's arrival we still are a bit thin in our attack. If one of Raph or Yamal gets imjured, we are again stuck with only 1 player in each flanks. And with Lewa being old, Ferran is most likely to be playing more and subbing him out.
Since UCL is the priority for us, we need a deep squad. We cant go with a similar thin squad as last year, with a added handicap of a 37 year old Lewa.

Think Rashford would be an OK sub, can play on both flanks, and also can fill in centrally if required.
Any of the two Rashford or Perisic would do. So I am grand.

Now a great piece of business from us would be selling Ferran, since his stock is high and getting Perisic too. We'll have enough good enough players for rotation while making money and using that to buy a LB or a LCB.

It's still possible we will sign Grimaldo for LB

Fair enough. I agree he's be acceptable for rotation. But he has a big ego and will likely kick up a fuss if he isn't starting.

Nico-Raph-Lamine-Ferran/Rashford attack is something I really wanna see. The pace of that front 4 would be insane to watch on the counter
