If rumours about him are true, (and it does seem like that) then we also gotta tlak about him as a character in the dressing room.

We have a couple of guys who can play the right wing, although they're not the best fit: Aleix, Arda, Rafinha, Sergi.
I just think that we need both Verratti and Bellerín, they're both great assets to our system and very young players. However I don't think we can get both because they'll be going for upwards of 150M. And while I'd love to have Verratti on the team, we already have depth in the midfield with Iniesta, Denis, Sergi, Arda, Rakitic, Rafinha. Meanwhile on RB we're stuck just with Aleix with Sergi and perhaps Palencia flexing, idk maybe I'm just still way too resentful that we let the best RB, who also happened to be Messi's best pal on the pitch, go without offering him what he wanted.
Maybe we could just sell Arda, Rakitic, Masch, Rafinha, Aleix and try to gather up enough money for both but even then Arsenal seem very reluctant of letting Bellerín go. We need to get at least one and it's probably gonna be Verratti, we should sell some players when that happens

it seems cules are feeling inferior lately. we are BARCA, we have the freaking greatest of all time in Messi, why should we settle for average players? Seri, Deulofeu, Bellerin.. sign them we are moving backwards. if we want to dominate we need to spend what other clubs are spending. we need to be ruthless and get rid of trash like Gomes, D. Suarez, Mathieu etc and admit mistakes were made. everyone keeps going on about Madrid this Madrid that, i hate the cunts but they sure know how to do business.

I will say this things are looking cloudier now for some reason. On one hand MD is reporting that "one thing is sure, we will not surpass the 70 million mark for Verratti." And Sport is saying that "he will indeed return to training normally on the 5th of July" on a count on that they don't want to upset Al-Khelafi too much and that the strategy has now shifted to a more conciliatory and peaceful approach; he will attend training normally, and then calmly sit and talk with that fuckin Nazi or Nasser whatever his name is.
All of this after saying "it's all in Verratti's hands to push for the transfer." Md, Sport they're all cunts I don't think they even know what they're talking about.
I do believe Verratti does want to leave. Now Sport just released a new article detailing all the failed transfer attempts at PSG players, Silva, Marquinhos, Rabiot(apparently), Luiz etc.. and in the end they include Verratti, "now lets see if he can convince PSG." type shit.

I agree with you. But still this board of ours is the reason more and more cules are pesimistic about transfers. I mean just look at what we signed since this board took over?

I haven't quite joined the DOOM brigade yet, but I also like to touch down and see things as they are. To really complete Barca-Verratti union, doing complete 180's like going from "not participating in training sessions" to "lets be more amicable with all this" and "buying him at any cost" to "we're not going to overspend" sounds like someone is pussying out of the fight to me.
