Very much looking forward to see how far he can take Gladbach next season. In an ideal situation with a new board and management he could be a person of interest for Barca if they want to alter the team's identity to resemble the way to win these days.

If they take a bash at anyone who has zero connection to Barcelona, it'll have to be someone with a variety of experience. No sane top club would take this kind of risk this early. What Rose did now is what Nagelsmann did 2 years ago.

If it is these guys (ergo Ten Hag, Nagelsmann, Rose, hell, even David Wagner to an extent), who will define the next decade's school of football thought, then they need to start proving themselves either in Europe or in better leagues, and quickly. Or they'll be found out as soon as they hit a top job.

Won't be surprised if his name shoots up among the candidates for jobs next year if Borussia Dortmund have a great season under him. Will be interesting to follow.
