Klopp had a ton of injuries to deal with in his last season plus had been there 8 years so was fatigued and team perhaps needed new voice. They also didn't lose a Neymar caliber player.

If Slot overachieves at Liverpool again next season, goes to another club and overachieves there while Klopp underperforms in his next two jobs for several years, then the situations would be a bit more similar.

Lucho is a great manager but having great players helps alot. Both Lucho and Pep had great players at Barca. At the oil clubs they have unlimited backing and financial leverage.
