No sense pretending this team really plays 4-3-3. Busquets plays much more of a defensive role than either "fullback". Messi, of course, is not confined to any particular position.

When S. Roberto starts in midfield, the bench needs backups for both Semedo and Alba.

Seeing as he has been off-form whilst playing, and that he has never been benched, we can't make that affirmation.
