Winning a live event broadcast to 1-2 billion people...in one of the most tense finals ever in any sport

Having 5 million people greet you on arrival in your home country

Get a reception like the one he did at the Argentina home game a couple of days ago

Footballers dream of this...the immense pressure and delivering on it...but Birdy and co will lose their minds over him not running some kms for PSG (not Barca) lmfao. While stanning for some Europa nobodies with no connection to Barca history. What a sad bunch

Football immortality.

Only Messi, Pele and Maradona have achieved that as players.

La Liga plan to somewhat lift restrictions on Financial Fair Play for next season. Tebas is crazy about Messi's possible return. [

Xavi: "Messi? This is not the time to talk about his return. I talk a lot with him. It's a topic that we are dealing with. Hopefully we can see him at Bar?a again. It's the club of his life."

Not convinced it would benefit Barca aside from the PR gain associated with such a move.

Rafa Yuste (Bar?a vice president): "I'd like Leo Messi to come back. Every beautiful story needs a beautiful ending. We're in contact with him, and he knows how much we want him to come back. Destiny will decide whether we'll see him at Barcelona again."

Very disrespectful to talk about a player who's still playing for PSG like that

How would u feel if Klopp came out and said the same about Gavi

Sure he can come back to visit whenever he wants. If he is going to play next season it’s a step back instead of a step forward sporting wise.
