Every coach apart from Lucho was soft and not an authority to players, which is why club was in constant decay ever since Pep left and the poisonous board took over, hiring mostly cuck coaches like Tata, Valverde and Setien. Even Lucho had to tone down some of his demands after collision with complacent dressing room king. With managmement that demanded work ethic and would bench/demand to get rid of lazy/arogant players and replacing them with new, hungry blood and Messi at his peak years, Barca would've done better. Messi himself would also benefit from that even if he denies that.
