Playing Gavi instead of anyone else (yes, Puig included) is a sign of a clueless Coach. He looks like a kid, and he is, compared to Madrid players.

Don't think he looks secure with the ball. Can't shield it and can't beat his man today either.

Both teams are bang average so didn't expect much of a quality game but some fiery passion would be nice.. like the old days but now we get Alba vs Vini squaring up in battle of the pussies

Thats fair. He had some good moments like the pivot and switch on the counter though.

The issue though is that when you have kids playing then they need to be surrounded with options. Swap Gavi and FdJ and i think we would be praising Gavi game for example.

Anyways, reading Koemans mind. The change will be Coutinho for Mingueza right? Dest to rb, Gavi to RW and Coutinho to midfield in a K4 special where 1 sub causes 3 player movements.
