Yes, it's that simple.
He coaches only positions, and then expects his players to find ways to combine with one another.
That's why the whole thing turns out so static

Remember the dreadful game against Mallorca last season, that Lewa saved with that wondergoal?
Nothing has changed in a year

Zero improvements on how to break a well organized low block

Nah its not as bad as that but he needs to ditch Romeu asap.

We are shipping goals against farmer teams essentially.
Xavi exposed yet again.
We can make excuses about the ref, penalty and the fouls but we simply weren't good enough.

- How is Roneu a professional footballer? And why does Xavi keep playing him?

- toothless without fdj as a lot of people here thought we might be. Xaviball is dire. We've lost points to the likes of getafe and Mallorca ffs this early in the season.. Not like we're going to challenging grounds and getting a good point.

- gundogan was really off it today. Hope he gets back to form soon, we're in deep trouble if not

- raphina great goal but aside from that his decision making... And in general are level of passing today.. Grass notwithstanding

- speaking of... Terrible pitch. Terrible refereeing. Wouldn't say either is an excuse for the result, we didn't deserve a win. But they're still facts.

The pitch was horrendous. Wouldn't be surprised if they applied too much water intentionally. It just looked skiddy with puddles here and there.

I thought it was too and i don't ever try to embellish these cases just because it's Barca. Even little stamp on the tip of your toe, while running forward, will stop you at instant and it seemed just the case. Not that it was obvious foul, but with VAR it should have been obvious to anyone, who has ever played/officiating the game. Seems Yamal will have his -10 to authority for some time still due to his age.

Have to say, the pitch was a proper farm field. Don't remember the last time we played on such a bad pitch in LL, maybe Valladolid away in 18/19

Inigo in no man's land and Araujo rusty as fuck. With that NPC in front.
Well our coach decides to start a CB that has played like 15 minutes after being injured and having no preseason with a CB also coming back from a recent injury and had half a game under his belt since.

Big brain Xavi gigastrat once again. He wreaks of inexperience and trash. The only difference from last season is Stegen didn't bail us out this time and actually had a horror show instead. We owe the majority of our defensive record last season to him.
