Only because Laporta and his board promised like 5 times to return already. Limak works at a very good speed, no doubt about that. Laporta just behaves like an impatient kid.

4 times by my count. First was December last year, then they said we move in a couple of months later February/March. Then we definitely move in for the new season, even a promo video was made and the contract for the Montjuic terminated. After that wasn't possible, the new date was the Valencia game.

5th time is the charme now.

The new one from the Laporta lovers that will age nicely is that the cost of stadium won't baloon. People are goona be surprised when the real numbers start coming out.

I also think when we return one day it won't be those partial openings of sectors. It will be 60 000 or nothing but I'm not sure on that and I'm 50 50 that it will happen this or the next season. Could see us being this whole season at Montjuic even if the "return is just around the corner".
