Ricardo Rodriguez about as good as Cancelo in defence
You saw that already with the first goal. Jumped 1m under the ball from a slow cross set piece and left Garcia completely alone in his back. You'd expect such an amateur defending from a 18y old in his first season, but I remember him already playing in the Bundesliga when MAtS was still in Germany.....

Betis is a weird team. Looking at the table, they are having a great season with few goals conceded, but if you only watched them against us and RM, you would think they’re in danger of being relegated. 10 of 24 goals conceded in those two games, damn. Hard to draw too many conclusions from this. Atletico game will be interesting. Mbappe will be missed. Even more so if they advance and play us. Even at PSG, that fucker would bully our defense.

Not really hard. Spanish league in general lost quality in the last years. Blancos are the only ones with normal finances and La-Masia saves our ass. Not that surprising to see, both clubs dominate most LL opponents now. Although in Madrid's case, Xabi makes it a bit more interesting.

In 2010-2015 the dominance of barca and real ( and Atletico at times) was even bigger with many seasons where both of them got more than 90 points
