Since start of 2026 nobody has been better than Yamal. For whole season you can argue someone else was better. But in current form no player including Mbappe is better

And when there is no player better in current form, and no player capable of more with the ball, then he is the best footballer on the planet. Statistics don't really matter, but Yamal is not too much behind there either. Top assister of La Liga and has 9 goals, with Mbappe's pens he would have 19 or 20

Either he lost the freshness displayed earlier in the season or defenses has adopted again. He did have an injury.

He was unplayable for many la liga defenses first 2.5 months. Now not so much.

Yeaaah in first 2-3 months he was amazing but declined over the season. Still dangerous as fuck but not unplayabale as in the beginning of the season.

In terms of overall impact, buildup play and actually watching games, neither Mbappe nor Yamal have been amongst the 5 best players in Europe. Infact Yamal hasn't been the best player in Barca.

Yamal is playing like a moments player too. He has been invisible for large parts of many games and then popped up with a good bit of play. Quit pretending that he's continuously influencing games like 1986 Maradona. He isn't doing that in most of the games.

The likes of Olise and Pedri have been the best this season at doing what you're claiming Yamal does. Many proper Barca fans (not people you call "trolls") here have been very critical of Yamal's overall performances this season.
