Piatek is a machine. Look how many goals he's scored in his games for Genoa so far:

He must feel pretty good considering how many big clubs have ageing strikers up front. He could end up at Barca, Madrid, Bayern, Juventus etc.

It's a great start, fair play to him.

However, Piatek must sustain his form over at least a couple of seasons to prove himself as the real deal. It's not uncommon seeing players going through a purple patch or even become a one-season-wonder at the highest level. Never mind that he has yet to be tested against the likes of Roma, Juve, Napoli and Inter.

I haven't watched him play a second beyond video clips for goals.

Genoa will play against Juventus right after international break, so I'll pay extra attention to Piatek.

Italy were eliminated by Sweden from WC-playoff and they haven't looked great recently.

Only won 1 out of past 5 games and that's against Saudi Arabia lol.

Piatak is having a great start. But again, he needs to prove against the likes of Juventus, Napoli & Roma if the Pole is the real deal.
