Difficult to compare both because of positions

prime Busi was unbeatable in defence but Kroos is better in attacking

both won all trophies but Kroos won the cl 5 times (probably soon 6) as main player so i give my vote to Kroos!

They are not comparable because of positions, but Kroos is one of the greatest CMs ever (there are 2-3 others on his level) and Busquets is the undisputed GOAT DM, levels ahead of the second best.

What always annoyed me about Kroos is how miraculously he avoided the reputation of a diver. Guy went limp if he could smell he was about to lose possession. Spanish refereeing being mostly vibes based, they always went for it as well.
